Please note that unforeseen regional disruptions or adverse weather conditions may lead to delivery delays. Return & Exchange Policy

Our products are meticulously crafted by hand with a keen focus on detail. We take great care and precision in creating clothing for you.

Once an order is placed, we do not offer exchanges or returns as part of our policy. However, customers are eligible for an exchange within 14 days of receiving the goods if they are found to be faulty or in an incorrect size.

In the event of a manufacturing fault, customers can exchange the item within the specified period. If a fault occurs due to customer negligence, such as wear and tear or failure to follow care instructions, The Poppy House will not be held responsible. We address only manufacturing faults.
